Concrete & Gutters

Concrete and Gutter Services

Concrete flatwork and gutters are the two parts of a house that decide where rain goes. When a driveway settles toward the garage or a gutter dumps at the corner of the slab, the water ends up exactly where you least want it.

We handle both, and we plan them together with any drainage work so the whole system moves water the same direction.

Concrete Services

Settled and cracked flatwork is both a trip hazard and a drainage problem. Where the slab is sound but has dropped, lifting it back to grade is faster and less disruptive than tearing it out.

Where the concrete is broken through, spalled, or badly out of plane, replacement is the honest answer and we will say so.

  • Polyurethane lifting for settled driveways, walks, patios, and pool decks
  • Void filling under slabs where soil has washed out
  • Trip-hazard correction at joints and expansion breaks
  • Step and stoop resetting and rebuilding
  • Full tear-out and replacement where lifting is not appropriate
  • New slabs sloped away from the structure

Gutters

Undersized, sagging, or missing gutters concentrate roof water at the foundation line. On a typical Mid-South roof, one inch of rain is well over a thousand gallons.

We install and replace gutter systems sized to the roof area and pitch, with hanger spacing that holds up under the heavy rain events this region gets.

  • Seamless gutter installation sized to roof area and pitch
  • Hidden hangers spaced for heavy rainfall loads
  • Additional downspouts added where a single run is overwhelmed
  • Gutter guards available where tree cover justifies them
  • Fascia and drip edge issues identified before installation

Gutter Drainage

A gutter is only as good as where it discharges. Ending a downspout two feet from the wall simply relocates the problem underground.

We connect gutter systems to buried lines that carry water to a controlled outlet, so the roof, the yard, and the foundation are working as one system.

  • Downspouts tied into buried solid pipe
  • Discharge to daylight, a pop-up emitter, or a catch basin
  • Flow calculated so a single line is not overloaded
  • Coordinated with French drains and grading on the same property
